Connect in three steps

Create your key
Create a Niuron key and set NIURON_API_KEY in LibreChat’s server .env.
Connect your tool
Merge the example into librechat.yaml; preserve its existing version and other settings.
Choose your model
Mount the file for Docker if needed, restart LibreChat, and select the Niuron endpoint.

02 / Before your first request

Try a small request first

Send a short prompt, check the response, then confirm the request and cost in your Niuron dashboard. Agent loops make multiple requests; set an API key budget before running unattended tasks.

What this setup supports

This example uses Chat Completions with explicit model IDs and disables automatic conversation titles. RAG, assistants, files and other provider-specific features need their own services or configuration.
